Mary’s career has span 30 years in the food industry in all aspects of the food manufacturing space from R&D, Technical Service, Operations, Sales and Marketing. She has worked with fortune 500 companies such as Kraft, Campbell Soup, Mars and Hain Celestial. Mary graduated from Cornell University and Kansas State University in Food Science. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. She teaches Systematic Creativity – Inside the Box Thinking. She is the Director of R&D at Water Lilies Food who manufactures frozen Asian appetizers.
